CCCB54, Card Patterns 112

♥♥♥♥♥

Here is a bright cheerful card for Mother's Day !

The sketch is the weekly sketch from Card Patterns. City Crafter has a "mom" requirement. So I combined the two, since they sorta fit together.

I am thinking I will give this to Spencer for his mom, and he will probably make one himself too. He loves to crank the cuttlebug, so I have LOTS of "samples" !!

Can you even buy laser cuts any more ? The sunflowers came from an unused craft book, from about 2000. I only saved this old book because I actually thought they would be good for Mother's Day.

Cardstock - Bazzill
Design Paper - DCWV
Button - American Crafts
Metal letters - Making Memories
Jewelry cording and lace - stash
Laser cut - Hot off the Press

  1. So bright and cheery! I'm not to sure about the laser cuts anymore. i know the thicker ones are really popular right now. Great job with the sketch and challenge. I bet Spencer would love to give this to his mom. :-)
