Well, hey there neighbor, I just signed onto your follower link. So it's official. What a pretty card you've created for the hop. It has dimension, color and movement...very nice.
ReplyDeleteA new favorite Thanksgiving memory is the now 2nd annual Turkey Bowl pick up football game up in Albany with my son's youth group. Last year it was windy, cold, miserable, muddy, rainy, foggy, and did I say, miserable!!! But what fellowship all the youth and parents had...Let's hope this Thursday dawns exactly the opposite, weatherwise that is.
See you soon...
Hi Jan, just letting you know I'm a follower and absolutely love your card, it's gorgeous! One of my favorite memories of Thanksgiving is having Thanksgiving dinner with an aunt I didn't see very often. She had a T.V. and we got to watch the parade (we didn't have one!)
ReplyDeleteI'm now a follower! I love your card and that flower is just gorgeous I am going to have to hunt for that die! Our Thanksgiving tradition was always to have sparkling cider in wine glasses, the kids thought they were so grown up and now they are with little ones of their own, but the tradition continues.

ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite and funniest memories of Thanksgiving was from when I was a kid. The night before I had cut my sisters hair (she was 5, I was 9) and she looked like a Jack-O-Lantern! Her bangs were completely crooked and some were very long and others were cut up to the top of her head!! LOL Everyone at the table just kept looking at her and laughing! We just couldn't help it!
I am a follower of your blog!
This is lovely! The combo colors are great:)
ReplyDeleteI'll totally follow your blog! What a beautiful card. I love the rich colors and the flower. Favorite Thanksgiving memory...I guess it would be spending my first Thanksgiving with my husband as a newly wed. I tried to make a pecan pie but had no rolling pin so the crust came out rock hard! it was terrible but something to laugh at now:)
