Papercraft Star 20

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Papercraft Star 20 opens today with a Simon Says card, and some fun stuff from our sponsor all month, Kraft Outlet. You will be seeing lots of tags and "krafty" (ooooo, that one hurt) things I made from their totally cool products.

Simon Says Make a Card
Base 4.5 x 5.5
Double Mat #1: cut at 3 3/8 x 4 5/8
with another color cut at 3 1/4 x 4 1/4
Double Mat #2: cut at 2 3/4 x 4
with another color cut at 2 3/4 x 2 1/2
Add Ribbon
Add Button(s)
Add Punch or Die Cut
(Add anything else you would like to add)

The card itself I made from Kraft Outlet cardstock, and then stamped all over it. I cut the flower from regular Kraft paper, with SCAL flower cuts, and stamped all over them too ! The Tim Holtz hat pin is his regular hat pin, with a piece of bling inside.

How to do that ? Lay down a jewel, put the pin on top, and fill around the edges with Ranger Glossy Accents. You must leave it alone for awhile, and I do mean hours, but you can put anything inside those pins if you use the Glossy Accents around it. Simple, but some patience required !!

If you like to do a lot of little fussy things, then this is the card for you !!

Hope you found something here today. Link up your submissions at Papercraft Star between now and Saturday noon Eastern (US). Hope to see you on the message boards at Papercraft Star too !! AND

our DT call ends on 11/5 - we would love to hear from you. (yes YOU)

  8. That's one loaded card, partner, Gotta love that Cosmo Cricket and the Tim stuff. What I really like is the little tag that you have to pull out to reveal the message. I love fussy stuff, but not waiting for things to dry. I did find out once that you can not put the heat gun to glossy accents to speed drying time...no, no, no!
