Wedding mini

♥♥♥♥♥

Ok, a big bunch of stuff here today, huh !

First, my fall tree is up and lit. I apologize for the lousy picture, but I really need my bff who is an excellent photographer to come over and take a good photo for me.

Rufina, my bff for many many years, is preparing for her only daughter's wedding on Saturday, and she has more important things on her mind. But I will get her over here so you can see how pretty this really is.

So, this is my very first mini, and it turned out pretty ok. I made it of course, for Rufina's daughter, and I hope she will love it as much as I loved making it for her.

I told my pal Ira today I was totally stealing her idea for a little scroll - I just didn't know I would do it this soon ! The wedding invitation was vellum, well the inside was, and I rolled it up and put it on the cover. Thanks, Ira !! It sure added a lot of personalization I think.

There are some tags I didn't pull out to photograph, as I knew this would be a picture heavy post, but if you know me, you know there is often a hidden tag somewhere !!

Have a wonderful day !!

  2. Look at you! You go girl! I've never worked with these papers, but they work so well for minis. Smart move to case Ira's scroll. She can come up with some of the coolest stuff. She'll love this! Hugs!

  4. Pretty ok Jan? Just pretty ok? Girl, you are way too modest, your mini album is stunning! Tracy's totally right, she knows exactly what I like :-) Great job and feel free to "steal" something anytime! Hugs, Ira
